Join us on Sunday 1st August for our celebration of National Tree Day. National Tree Day is a call to action for all Australians to put their hands in the earth and give back to their community. It’s a day to venture outdoors, get to know your community and most importantly have fun. Free activities include native seedling propagation, previous tree day plantings tour, weaving, children’s activities. We will be collecting seedlings to pot up and either take home or donate to Landcare. Horticulturalists will be there to help identify seeds and seedlings.

Refreshments and Garden Harvest Lunch available.

This event will follow QLD Gov Covid Safe Guidelines. Potential attendees WILL NOT be admitted if they have returned from overseas within the last two weeks, have flu-like symptoms or have had or been in contact with anyone who has contracted the virus.
